This landing page is served as a static site.

No analytics, no tracking, no third-party cookies.
Server log files (IP address, date, requested URL, user agent) may be processed temporarily by the hosting provider (DigitalOcean) for security purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in safe operation).
Email contact: we process your name and the content of the message solely to reply to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR.

3. The "Pi-hole Companion" app

The app is a client for your own Pi-hole server.

Communication is exclusively with your Pi-hole server. There is no cloud server, no account, and no login on our side.
Credentials (the Pi-hole password) are stored only in the device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and are not transmitted to us.
Session IDs are issued by your Pi-hole server and stored only locally.
Language, theme, and server URL preferences are stored locally via AsyncStorage.
Demo mode uses only local example data; it makes no external connections.
No ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs.

We do not share data with third parties. Exceptions:

Transmission to your own Pi-hole (which is you).
Hosting logs for the landing page at DigitalOcean (United States, EU region where available, EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
App distribution via Apple App Store and Google Play Store — those providers collect their own data per their own privacy policies.

5. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).

You may lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.
